Apocalypse "Man Out of Time"- The Cable Thread

With Cyclops back & Apocalypse coming, it's inevitable that Cable will appear in the next film. I really hope he plays a big part in the movie too unlike Bishop; Cable is one of my favorite X-Men so I hope we get to see him done justice. If Fox wants to do a X-Force movie, the best way would be to launch it off Cable having a big role in this movie.

Who would you guys like to see play Cable? I really hope they get Michael Biehn, he'd be a perfect fit & since part, if not the whole, movie takes place in the '80s it'd be cool if they got one of the biggest action stars from that decade into the movie.

I can see him maybe making a cameo or small appearance in the next film, they seem keen to get him in at some point and would be perfect for setting up X-Force of course.

Michael Biehn would be an awesome Cable. And it's kinda meta in a way. Him playing a cyborg sent from the future.

Kurt Russell would also be cool.

give me a break nerds. I love cable but even I know that he's a completely dated character.I mean come on.if we do have a cable lets not have him hindered. give me full ability and no ridiculous big gun.
Oh n hes not gonna b in this nxt movie if so no major role. Its not gonna be time travel n will b focused on storm cyke n jean.

Look at Cable's powers without the virus.... he has NO NEED for it.

On top of that his gun was futuristic and a part of him. Look if Cable has a gun... put it this way, why would a gun be able to stop Apocalypse?

i see where you're coming from. id rather see a combination as well. Cable the good guy, with Nate's powers. Only issue is I'm pretty sure its not a time travel movie.

Michael Biehn used to be a fan favorite pick for Cyclops back in the day, so casting him as Cable would be interesting on so many levels.

Anyone watching The Last Ship? I think Eric Dane might make a good Cable. He's got the right look and has good presence.

Besides he's too good of an actor for the likes of Cable.

I say no to Eric Dane, first he already played Multiple Man and second I watched his entire run on Grey's Anatomy and he's acting skill didn't really wow me compare to the other actors in that show.
