Mark Warner denies rumors that he is reconsiering decision not to run for President

It's a shame. I was really hoping that the recent rumor would play out and he would re-enter the race.

That is a shame. I've really been hoping he'd reconsider and I could swear I read that he had someplace. Doesn't sound like the people around him are giving up just yet, either, though.

There's always the possibility that he will be the candidate for Vice President. Personally, I think Warner should run for Governor again in 2009, and then run for President in 2012 or 2016.

Al Gore/Mark Warner would still be a strong ticket for the Democrats next year.
