Marvel Comics Presents

I'd like to have them Bring back Machine Man... and we find out that the guy currently going by the name Aaron Stack is actually a skrull

No, I do that vicariously when other people tell me he's getting owned. Like now.

I've been rereading Bendis' run on Daredevil, and I think I might like it more than Brubaker's. :(

Don't get me wrong; I'm loving Brubaker's run. It's just that Bendis included a lot of Daredevil's old enemies and supporting cast more than Brubaker does. I mean, in "The Murdock Papers" arc, we got Elektra, Black Widow, Kingpin, Paladin, Bullseye, and Danny and Luke.

Im mixed on that.

On one hand, im happy Bru is doing his own thing instead of the obligatory Fisk/Bullseye/Elekta dance so closely associated with the character of DD...

On the OTHER hand, i kind of want to see HIS take on it...

At any rate, he's currently brought in several of DD's old enemies, so im happy about that.

True. I just think that Bendis' run may have been more exciting then this one from Brubaker. But again, Bru's run is still near flawless.

Also, when it comes to the art, I like Maleev and Lark equally. Both are better then each other at different things and in the end, I think it evens out.

Yeah, it's not a knock on Brubaker's fantastic run so far, it's just that Bendis run was a bit better. Add Maleev to the mix, damn. And I love Michael Lark. I honestly think he can work on any comic.

Who, Lark or Maleev? Actually, I guess you could've meant both.

I think he meant Lark. I'd take Maleev over Lark, myself, but only slightly. They're both great.

Lark, but yeah, it applies to both.

Indeed, Brubaker and Lark was one of those "Dan Slott on ASM!" obvious choices, I'm glad Marvel went with them.

I think Lark has a lot more versatility personally, I remember that issue of Cap he did where it wasn't just him doing flashbacks.

Maleev drew the hell out of that Iron Man/Cap Confession thing.

Looking forward to the Hellcat story as maybe it will lead to Thanos being arrested and taken away by NY Cops...again. Those were the days

*Thanos drops the cosmic cube*

i really want to see a pip the troll story, he was always my favorite infinity watch member.

:D
