I honestly don't think anything like this will ever happen, at least anytime soon. You'll have to stick with animated shows/movies, comics, and video games for stuff like this.

I'd personally love to see a Justice League movie, but it just ain't gonna happen.

The aesthetics don't fit. The heroes' movie versions just don't mesh together like they do in the comics. And why would Blade get involved if there were no vampires?
This, like the numerous other crossover dream projects bandied about on this board, ain't gonna happen. Nor should it.

That's the only SLIGHT possibility. And even then not every character would be included.

Firstly, i think if this film was made it would be the biggest mess BnR style anyones everseen. Secondly, the styles of the films are different due to the directors of each and whichever style someone takes many MANY folks will be unhappy that their heroes were depicted too realistic or too unrealistic.

One could always just ignore a movie so monstrous however

Pretty cool asides from the cheesy "ultimate power" thing.

Although they are making an Avengers movie that will have Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and others, so that will be pretty awesome!

And COMIC Blade has fought more than vampires; movie Blade hasn't.

Awesome idea. Movie stars and their need for large sums of money would kill it.

All unknowns hungry for success would do the trick.

Salaries have little to do with it. Even if the rights to all these scattered properties could be secured, the movie incarnations of these characters were never designed to co-exist, but rather to be self-containted & self-sufficient. In the comics they're all working together all the time. The movies have different aesthetic parameters. Spider-Man is basically geared toward costumed nutjobs & street crime. The X-Men exist only to deal with mutant-related issues. Blade is EXCLUSIVE to vampires. (And is unlikely to appear on film again.) Punisher just wants to kill gangsters. The FF's MO hasn't really been established yet but will most likely pertain to cosmic threats. The Hulk just wants to be left alone, & Ghost Rider mainly deals with demons. These motifs just don't mix. It wouldn't work. This overcrowded story & convoluted plot would be a disaster in the making. PLUS-you're talking about replacing the familiar faces of the established films with unknowns? Do you really think that would sell?
