Paused isn't cancelled, but there's no reason to rush into the project. They need to get the Young Avengers on screen before they become the Old Avengers.

I don't mind a Young Avengers, but I'd be surprised if it happens.

The Avengers without a core of Steve Rogers, Thor and Iron Man is watered down history. If you swap one of them out out for Black Panther, Hulk, Vision, or Hank, I'm OK for a short while, but storied history and iconography matters, otherwise it's basically Avengers INO.

I think at least 2 of them should be there for a true Avengers film.

I don't consider the upcoming films to be 'Avenger' films as much as every character we can put in the story from the last 25 years + new ones films.

I still would like for an "in universe" documentary for a special presentation. One of the ideas I long had was to do an "in universe" documentary on the Howling Commandoes after World War II. Now if the Agent Carter TV series is considered canon, they can delve further into what happened to some of them after the events of Agent Carter took place. It would be "in universe" in that within the world of the MCU, it's a documentary, but us watching it is a work of fiction. You can have like Bucky make an appearance, via his current status in the MCU. It fills a gap in the story of what happened to the Howling Commandoes.

We are all familiar with how a documentary works, with interviews spliced in there with audio, video and news footage and sometimes (if a documentary filmmaker is really creative, animation). It would work for something about the Howling Commandoes. Such a project would not have to rely on new CGI, and any CGI they would have done when the Howling Commandoes first appeared in Captain America: The First Avenger and Agent Carter.
