Okay what I'm about to say is a little crazy but hear me out. I know a lot of us comic book fans don't really like change of race with our characters. But recently there's been an increase in films and shows targetting the Latin Community. So I had this crazy idea what if Marvel made The Punisher as Latino for their tv or cinematic universe. His name could be Fransico Castillo but he was born her in America and later changed it to Frank Castle. Please let me know what you think and would you accept it.

I agree, but they're probably not going to pull from Immortal Iron First anyway.
I don't know. That one could really reek of diversity for the sake of proving a point.
So? Why does that matter?
Publicity stunts in your casting rarely work out. It's one thing if the actor is legitimately better than anyone else who auditioned (that's not a publicity stunt), but it's a dangerous road. As was already mentioned, do we really need to make the serial killer Latino? Why not use one of the multiple characters that already exist in the comics (many of which are WAY more positive characters than Frank Castle)?
Well, I do think the Punisher is the wrong choice because of the violence and gangland association, but I don't see what's wrong with taking an established Marvel hero and making him or her a Latino/Latina. I don't see how that's a "dangerous road." You just find a hispanic actor who fits the part and then just write the character as normal. Throw in some references to their culture and background when appropriate. Done.

13 episodes of each = 6 movies.
Actually, it's closer to 17 movies worth of runtime.
I wish Marvel owned Zorro,They've released Zorro comics but I don't think they own any of the property anymore
Doesn't Disney own Zorro?
