Karen's presence in the back of the courtroom during Bullseye's trial leads me to believe he may have killed Foggy.

The show is clearly taking inspiration from Disney's own corporate lawyers approach.

Nice to see Karen and Foggy put in the trailer right off the bat.

Foggy is definitely biting the bullet and probably in the first episode. You can tell from the distinct lack of Elden everywhere else in the trailer and how angry and vengeful Matt looks when he suits up as Daredevil.

In fact, I think Matt kills Bulleseye as a result and therefore stops being Daredevil for a time.
