Echo Marvel Studios' Echo General Discussion Thread

I guess X-Men 97?

It's not that there have been tons of high profile shows so second in 2024 barely means anything really.
I just saw in the X-Men's thread.

Its Percy Jackson....

X-Men '97 is #3.

But good for them, like I've said before, Disney+ needs other ips other than Marvel.

Ah, right, I didn't think of that because in my mind it was a 2023 show and haven't payed much attention to it ever since it started.

Still slowly catching up on the MCU side of Disney+ from the past couple of years.
My favorite of the MCU D+ series as I'm catching up on things in order.

Secret Invasion was okay, I hated Loki Season 2--the 2nd Marvel-related project/film/tv or otherwise MCU or not thats put me to sleep after Eternals--and I loved this.

I'm in the camp of I think the trap the MCU has fallen into is everything being a world/galaxy/universe/existence-ending threat, and I really enjoyed this for not being that. Not every character needs a world-ending scenario.

Loved the lore/mythology/heritage interwined with the narrative. I think the fight choreography was some of the most satisfying of recent MCU (that I've seen, still catching up) compared to other films and tv in the franchise.

I have what, a year, year and a half of film and tv to catch up on, so we'll see how the shows after follow--I started Agatha All Along which started pretty good, so hopefully like Echo, I hope it stays strong all the way through.
