The other ten or so threads that exist to discuss each of these individual topics weren't sufficient for you?
In response to your post:
1) Marvel ****ed up in the editing room for TIH - even as someone who really liked the movie, I'll be the first to say it. They cut out some scenes that would've been nice to have and they may have burned some bridges in the process.
2) What's this about the WM recasting being "against Favreau's better judgement"?
3) Mickey Rourke is still in negotiations for this flick
4) As far as we know, Samuel L Jackson is still in negotiations for this flick
5) Howard never said he found about it the same day we did - people seem to like to try and spin his words to make it seem that way, but he never said that. He simply called the recasting a surprise and said that he had read it was a money issue in the trades.
Ok i would like to start off by saying that im a die hard marvel fan. That being said, what the Hell are they doing. First there was the problem with Ed Norton then they jump the gun on Iron Man 2 against Favreau better judgement and recast Terrence Howard Then they make low pay offers to people like Rourke and can`t afford to keep Sam the Man Jackson on the payroll. Now i understand that Rourke might just be a rumor and i do understand why they let Howard go i just dont agree with how they did it, he found out the same day we did and they didnt even try for renogotiations. I will stick with Marvel till the end but i would like to hear what you all have to say on the matter
