Vance Astro. Why isn't he in any of the recent GoG?

That Captain Universe thing didn't make any sense to me when they did it.

Vance, mainly because "Captain Universe" lacks absolutely any meaning. There have been like a hundred Captains Universe, and they're each pretty different.

I loved the storyline when Spider-Man became Captain Universe.

Aside from that I'll go with Vance Astro.

Cap universe! I love the idea that a random regular person can get imbued with massive powers just temporarily to stop a great threat. Obviously I don't want all my heroes that way but for singular thing it works. Like runaway I also liked when Spidey got them.
