Selene. I remember reading one of the X-Men novels dealing with her and the Legacy virus back when Jean was still alive. She messed over all the X-Men really good and sent them to a bad future where she took over Manhattan, had thousands of mutants infected with the virus willing to die for her because she had the only known cure and had Blackheart (Mephistos kid) as her Black King in the Hellfire Club and he kicked everybodys ass.

I think it was called Legacy Quest.

She did the Necrosha thing a few years back with her resurrecting dozens of dead heroes, villains and others, including a huge chunk of Genosha and sending them all after the mutants on Utopia in San Francisco.

She also shacked up with Blackheart for a few years.
