Is Stanley's Mask more powerful than Dorian's Mask?! Dorian didn't really do anything as The Mask. Stanley, on the other hand, did a million things.

They should have been equal in power. Dorian was simply more direct with his power, which resulting in less showing off than Stanley did.

What else did you expect him to do? He wanted to kill the guy. He's not going to hop around like a looney toon as Stan did.

They both had the same mask, just different personalities. As such, they went about using the powers in different ways.

That's how I understood it int he movie too...in fact they go over it, in an earlier scene where Jim Carrey is talking about the effects it has on different people...he talks about how it turned him into a sex crazed looney tune or something, and he doesnt even want to know what it'll turn a guy like Dorian into (an unkillable brute, as later see)
