There were several times where I was like, "Okay there is no way this game can get more awesome," and the game would tell me to shut up and beat me up and take my money and then it would get even awesome-er.

Yeah, and in all areas. Even random things - like the different flavor you get from, say, taking Garrus on Mordin's recruitment instead of the "planned" team of Miranda and Jacob. That was a delightful surprise for me.

BioWare did a heck of a job. Everything is fantastic.

But the awesomeness of the suicide mission takes the cake.

I have YET to play a game this year so far that I think tops ME2. It's a game I keep going back to. I've finished RDR, had zero desire to play it again...don't get me wrong, I REALLY like it...but it's a one play through game IMHO and I'm not interested in the MP aspect of it. I've played Alan Wake and was insanely let down by that, but ME2 is a shining light, it's an amazing game and an amazing sequel.

Maybe one day I'll attempt it on insanity.

Another meaningless cool touch is how the Vanguard has barriers instead of shields and the shimmer/bar is purple to reflect that.

Also one of the dev's tweeted, "You want us to make the adept more powerful in ME3? Who says we'll wait for ME3?"

Upcoming patch maybe like how they fixed the mining system?

I was commenting about the first meeting with Mordin, actually.

Garrus is, in an RP-sense, my primary Shepard's second-in-command. Upon receiving the plague cure from Mordin in his lab, Mordin remarks that he can't believe a Turian would be working with a human and/or Cerberus given the problems between said species. Garrus responds nice and officially, stating that the threat of the Collectors is too big to let slide just because their species had an argument.

It's roughly paraphrased, but it fit the RP-sense so well, and when I finally went that route (third playthrough), it was a nice surprise.

Oh yes, I actually brought Garrus along the first time - he's one of the best people to bring to places for his commentary. His bit on Mordin's recruitment about which places are good and not good to fight in is hilarious.

Does anyone by chance have this on PC? There's a rampant and longstanding issue with the Cerberus network which gives some users the "key already in use" message when trying to login. This of course means you can't access some of the free DLC on the Cerberus network. Not even through the official website.

Just wondering if anyone actually found a solution for it, because I sure as hell haven't after researching for an hour.
