Still though, Agents of Shield is the only way I think we'll ever see Monica in MCU. And what happens to Monica after Agents of Shield will depend on who they cast to play her. If they cast a lesser known actress to play Monica, I think the intention is to probably have her appear on Agents of Shield only. If its a fairly big name, the intention is likely for her to sign a multi-film contract with her origin story shown on Agents of Shield and then transition into the movies. It would have to be an actress who is a fairly known name and isn't against doing TV.

Fortunately, there is such an actress on ABC. Don't know if she would do it though. She would be a fantastic choice.

I'm not saying AoS is not a way, I'm just saying that post-Invasion it's a perfect time. Heck, AoS would be great as they could introduce her while they are investigating some stuff in New Orleans and during the course of the whole thing she could get her powers.

Yes. Kerry is who I am thinking of. I'm not sure she would want to do it though. It would be a huge coup for that show though to cast her as "Special Guest Star."

I was of the opinion that it was highly unlikely that Monica was ever going to appear in MCU. Now with AoS, there's a chance. I don't know how big of that chance is, but there is a chance.

I was actually watching some of Avengers Assemble, and while it's not bad per se', it's not Earth's Mightiest Heroes by a long shot.

I agree completely. It isn't as far as fall in quality as Spider-man got going from TSSM to that Ultimate crap but it's definitely a step down. You could tell in AEMH and TSSM that it was the product of longtime fans who wanted to see a relatively faithful rendition of the comics in tone done in animation. This new series seems like it's suffering from trying to tie in too much to the movies and only looking towards pleasing the new fans that came with the success of them.

Monica is a great character, heck, she even led the Avengers! She has a great power-set and is a strong character. I really hope they use her.

I don't know. But the fact that they filed that cease and desist on the fan film makes me think they have something in development they just haven't announced yet.

Paul Rudd and Joseph Gordon Levitt are the two front runners to play Ant Man.

just my opinion but they could do a lot better than JGL for Strange. Viggo Mortensen and/or Jake Gyllenhaal come to mind. longer gaunter faces would at least be my preference.

this game is hands down the biggest reason the Punisher jumped to my #1 as my favorite Marvel character AND one of the best Marvel games ive ever played. Wish something like this could be done on next gen systems for The Punisher.

Inhumans will be a movie. If Marvel does anything with Daredevil it will be a TV series.

I am totally behind a Punisher series. . . as long as its in the vein of the Thomas Jane movie, if not actually starring Thomas Jane. Which is to say, please, give us the Chuck Dixon antihero, not the Garth Ennis sociopath.

i agree, I'd prefer Mortensen myself too, but JGL should not be Lang, he's too big for it.

I want a dark Punisher tv show too, but i don't think the show should like Breaking Bad or Dexter, i think this one is built as a Crime of the Week type of show, just give it a good writting and i'm in.
