Meet the Little Focker

loved the first one, the 2nd one was saved by hoffman who was awesome:woot: i'll still see this one cause i likes stiller:up:

I liked the first, but I don't remember anything from the second. I was drinking in the theater, so my memory is shot.

Actually..I think drinking is the only way you CAN enjoy the 2nd one.

Wow... glad they are making this... I gotta feeling we are gonna get a father of the bride part two type movie... which I loved

The first one was better than the second one, even though The Fockers were the highlight of the 2nd.

...Robert DeNiro still isn't bringing his A-game. :csad:

The second one I saw in theatres and it was such a fun atmosphere the whole audience was cracking up. I would love to go through the same experience a third time around. Anything to get the bad taste of seeing Date Movie out of my mouth.

What would convince you to see Date Movie?

I am looking forward to it, because I loved two previous movies.

Can't wait to know the name of Greg's and Pem's kid :D

So much hate in this thread. Meet the Fockers was awesome. Dustin and Babs were awesome!

I'm in the minority, but I found Meet The Fockers vastly superior to the first film. It was A LOT funnier, though Hoffman carried it more often than not.

That being said, there should not be a third one.

Universal Renews De Niro Deal for Little Fockers
Source: Variety February 22, 2007

Variety reports that Universal Pictures has renewed their deal with Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal's Tribeca Productions for another two years in order for them to start developing Little Fockers, the third film in the hit comedy series that began with Meet the Parents in 2000. (At one point, the second sequel's title was thought to be Meet the Little Focker.)

The producers are working once again with series director Jay Roach to develop ideas for the third film with plans to bring back not only Ben Stiller, De Niro, Teri Polo and Blythe Danner from the first two movies, but also Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand from the sequel. The script will be written by Larry Stuckey, Roach's former assistant who collaborated with the director on several scripts, including a remake of Elling at Fox and an untitled outsourcing comedy at Universal.

Combined, the first two movies, Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers, have grossed over $800 million worldwide

Great news, I guess they will release Little Fockers by 2009
