Justice League Members of the first justice league movie

What do you guys think of which members will appear on the upcoming Justice League Movie?
Here´s my guess... 5 members
1. Superman

2. Batman

3. Wonder Woman (movie in 2016)

4. Flash (movie in 2015 or 2016)

5. Martian Manhunter

what could work is introducing Martian Manhunter in the JL film as a similar way to JL Animated series firsts episodes...
with the villain as Darkseid...
What´s your team and the possible plot and villain?

Sounds good to me, but I doubt we'll be seeing Martian Manhunter anytime soon. I feel like DC/WB could be phasing him out in favor of Cyborg and Aquaman (who is on the up and up in exposure it seems). I'd definitely be comfortable with five heroes to start us off, but if I had a pick, it would be the Big Five: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash (Barry Allen), and Green Lantern (preferably Hal Jordan, but I'd go for John Stewart too).

The Big 5 are a lock: Supes, Bats, Wondy, Flash, GL.

Based on recent DC marketing, Aquaman and Cyborg will be #6 and #7, although they might have to wait for the 2nd movie.

I would like to see Hawkgirl or Aquaman as the fifth member in JL 1.
In JL 2 I want to see GL J.S arrive on earth due to his duty as a peacekeeper. That would however require the threat to be big enough to draw him there.

The first JLA film will logically use the most well-known characters, which means the Big 5. Rebooting Hal or introducing John would only take one flashback scene.

You can be more than fairly certain. The character is about to be introduced on Arrow, and (if things go according to plan) his own TV show. He's constantly referenced on the Big Bang Theory. He's part of every DC marketing campaign. Shirts with his symbol on it are everywhere. He's the central character in the heavily-promoted Flashpoint DVD. I simply can't imagine why he wouldn't be used with the amount of name recognition he has.

I think they should start off with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Martian Manhunter.

I think GL should be introduced in the second JLA movie, or one of the solo films the JLA movie will launch. I wouldn't mind them holding off on GL until after the JLA movie and then pairing him up with either Wonder Woman or Martian Manhunter for a Superman/Batman type film, and then having him join the JL for the second film.

This can be DC's "thing", these buddy type movies. Superman/Batman, Wonder Woman/Green Lantern, Flash/Martian Manhunter. Not saying those should be the pairs, but I really dig the format. Depending on how the Superman/Batman film performs, it might open up a lot of people's eyes to that duo format.

I can see DC throwing in Atom by JL3 after Ant Man joins the Avengers in the MCU. He was fairly prominent in both JLU and at least a recurring face in Young Justice.

Also, if Hawkgirl gets into these movies, why not bring Hawkman along as well?

Red Tornado could be cool if they explore T.O. Morrow and even his competition with Ivo (Amazo for villain?)

A less likely but cool idea is Metamorpho. I like his powers and think they'd bring a cool twist of diversity into the superheroic power pool in the team.

This sounds about right, but a 10 hero movie sounds problematic. Would WB try that or would a couple of heroes have to leave/die along the way?

Agreed. Though I wouldn't say Aquaman isn't important. He's probably the most unique of the seven as far as powers go (aside from maybe Martian Manhunter who is also fairly unique). I would be fine with leaving him for a sequel if they choose to make him part of the focus in the sequel. I can imagine that Atlantis will begin voicing their qualms about the surface-dwelling super beings that are clashing above the waves. Even if the second movie is an Atlantean invasion, that would be fairly cool.

For future movies after introducing The Trinity, GL, Flash and Martian Manhunter they could consider going Aquaman(who's very much based on the new 52 version) or Hawkman/Hawkgirl(as the MOS prequel comic introduced Thanagarians, but it's not quite clear if it's still canon or not) and of course Cyborg as well as possibly Shazam/Captain Marvel.

Obviously, the big three have to be there. Martian Manhunter I think should be used like he was in the film for the justice league cartoon. He calls them all together mentally to warn them and prepare them, except in this case for Darkseid's arrival. He can explain that Darkseid caused plenty of destruction on Mars, and he was the sole survivor. Also, I think John Stewart would be better for Justice League over Hal because Hal isn't much of a team player. This could create an interesting dynamic, sure, but it'd make more sense for J'onn to choose the dedicated Marine over the Air Force pilot that got kicked out for disobedience.

I don't see Martian Manhunter being in the movie. Aquaman could show up. I know comic fans want it. They could show up in the sequels ( I hope). In this new animated movie, they have taken out Aquaman and replaced with Shazam. I like Shazam and would like him in the sequels, but not in the first one. I think they will want to build the friendship between Billy and Cyborg.

I would like to see Hawkgirl/Hawkwoman and Firestorm show up in the sequels.

If Shazam is not in the movie, I definitely seeing the other six.

If Arrow and Flash are indeed connected to the movies, then The Flash's origin will already be out of the way, they won't have to focus on that... and also, if Wonder Woman is introduced in Batman vs Superman, she's out of the way too... That's 4 out of the big 7 already introduced. I think they could easily introduce 2 or 3 new characters too. I'm really hoping for the original seven. Aquaman may be hard to mix in, but I love him. Martian Manhunter and Hal Jordan's introductions can be tied to an impending alien invasion. In the New Frontier, they focus a lot on Hal and J'onn and I think the Justice League movie could do something similar, while still focusing on everyone else.
