Surprised the whole bloated Haslab Razor Crest campaign hasn't been mentioned here -
Star Wars The Vintage Collection Razor Crest – Hasbro Pulse

Ignoring the absurdity of a multi-bill toy company is essentially "crowd -funding" a toy, rather than just releasing at and for retail prices and customers.
Even in gray-model prototype It looks fantastic.

Also it features an escape pod, (similar to the coffin like one Rey used to eject from the Falcon...

And although it wasn't featured in season one, you can see it already sculpted into in the ILM Model Shops prototype cutaway^.

And .you can clearly see it is part of the shooting model ^
So (it's not just added for the toy) it was there from the go. Just not used.

That said it better have room for the Yoby inside too!

We may have gotten a hint of it's potential upcoming use in Season 2,
The S2 trailer does open with the derelict Razor Crest, adrift, tumbling towards the snow planet, and then a shot of Mando and the Yoby by what looks like what could be the slightly crashed Razor Crest on the snow planet..

From the Rebel toy thread...
...Either Favreau or Filoni had to have had the toy, cause you can hear breaking when it comes to a stop as if it had wheels (like the toy), Even though it's floating,upload_2020-10-20_16-13-36.gif LOL that was hysterical!

...the scene of Moff Gideon's landing, and entrance and the Troops unloading was fantastic!

LOL Troop Transport goes from being an obscure, made up , non-screen, peripheral 79-80s toy.
To Making it's epic entrance in S1
Now S2 trailer gets some legit Duke Boys action..

Troop Transport about to steel this whole franchise!:oldrazz:

Also looks like they unfroze, and recruit blue-puffer-fish guy.

Love these mini-promos...

That's awesome. Damn, I love Mando's second armor set. I got the Black Series figure for it, and I hope to get the Hot Toys sixth scale version some day.
Re here: so as not to potentially derail the mainMando thread any :)

New to online toy ordering, I pre-ordered Black Series 6" Beskar Mando from two different places what feels like ages ago.
Neither delivered, one has bumped it to a next year delivery if that?
Not even sure how pre-orders work, I assumed it meant they order the amount based on how many people pre-ordered, so they know they'll have enough.
So I guess I don't get what is it you pre-order if you are just on a wait until we might get more list?
Isn't the "pre" letting them know in advance, exactly how many to order?
Obviously that is not how it works LOL!?

Mind if I asked where'd you order him from, or was he brick and mortar find?

Didn't they know how many they would need based on pre-order?

Hey Mondragon, if you use Twitter, I'd recommend following the "Preternia" account. That's how I managed to pre-order the Black Series 6" Beskar Mandalorian. I pre-ordered mine from Amazon a couple months ago, and it wasn't delivered until October. Preternia does a good job of following the pre-ordering of popular items and collectibles will share links on where to snag them.

Basically if you pre-order, you should be guaranteed to get the figure. Unfortunately, you might be left waiting a while until more are in stock. And yeah, sometimes there is the business where even if you pre-order them, the shipping dates might either get delayed or even cancelled. That's happened with me with both Target and Walmart. That's why I prefer Amazon Prime or other shops. Pre-ordering collectibles from Walmart is the absolute dirt worst.

Yeah you think they would know how much they need based on pre-orders. Or create their production runs based on pre-order amounts or what have you. Not my area of expertise, so not sure on all those ins and outs.

But I will say it took me a while to get my hands on Black Series Beskar Mandalorian, but ultimately it worked out.

This is like pure art to me.

^ Thanks for the info!
The Beskar Mando has alluded me.
I do have the first Black Series Mando, which still sits on a Dewback, looking pretty epic.
Have since added Cara Dune, and the Yoby, which do all look great together.

I've been specific on which Mando figures to get. Always Beskar armor. Black Series, Funko, Gentle Giant.

LOL I actually prefer the original, was my first 6" line figure . Merchandise Thread when I got it the Beskar one didn't even exist.
If I had to chose would still get the more gritty original anyway. :cwink:

For the 6" I'll probably just stick to the main leads.
If they ever do a Greef Carga, I hope he's in his original Season One outfit too, for the main trio.

The Hot Toys one next year will be my favorite.

I've managed to keep my Mando collection to a minimum. Lego Razor Crest and then the Hot Toys. Until they release something for Season 2. LOL.

A lot of glorious new merchandise reveals today:

I posted the tweets with preorder links in case anyone is looking for stuff. The Target exclusive Black Series Mandalorian is unfortunately sold out.

I'll be honest. I would have pre-ordered it already if it was IG-88 on the speederbike.
