Merchandise Thread

Sorry if wrong section didn't know where else to put it

Man I wish this is something I had a knack for, actually on second thought im glad I don't as I would constantly be making cake:funny:

Crazy on Hasbro's behalf.
Not really, if they are late this is actually a good thing, as they avoided spoiling the character reveal.
To have stuff out on shelves by now (other than print and t-shirts) production for figures, any sculpted or molded merch, would have had to have been "tooled" and started production a while ago, and stuff always leaks.
A baby Yoby figure in production to be out now, would likely have leaked, and spoiled the reveal.
I think I read it's Favreau who manged to put a lock down on it. And I'm glad he did.
That some fans are upset, and blaming Hasbro shows a disconnect. They should be applauding that they were able to pull this off (and potentially leaving money on the table) so as to put story before merchandising, which is rare.
If this had been spoiled by a lame merchandise leak, Those same "fans" would probably be the ones kvitching well that was lame first episode, there was nothing new I didn't already know about.

Plush Yoda selling out in lieu of Baby Yoda. -https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2019/11/the-mandalorian-star-wars-baby-yoda
In the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge theme park attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, fans are clamoring for plush dolls of actual Yoda because the adorable, minimalist design of the felt figures somewhat mimics the look of his infant doppelgänger.

There's better ones at the Star Wars store on Amazon.

The child ones will sell like crazy

I haven't seen the show yet, but is the heavy infantry Mandalorian the only one seen in full gear? Or have there been others that would make good toys?

There's a character simply known as The Armorer, who makes Mando's gear when he acquires more beskar and she has a cool costume.

A few others have appeared but none have stood out as much, in my opinion.

I need a remote controlled child!

How did anyone get a Black Series Mando? I don't see it listed for MSRP anywhere.

Also, I want a deluxe Mandalorian Clan pack with several members of the clan. There's more than a few who would make good figures.

I stayed up late for Force Friday and grabbed him and the off world Jawa as soon as they went up on Amazon :D

BBTS has pre orders for the next wave
Star Wars: The Black Series 6" The Mandalorian (The Mandalorian)

I’d love some of those background Mandos too. I want all of them :funny:
