From Pitch Black Books interview with actor Michael Boatman who you might know from Spin City.
Source: http://www.pitchblackbooks.com/boatman.aspPB: You have starred in both feature films and television series, which format do you prefer? Sub-question -- is making a movie (or television show) as exciting as watching one?
MB: I love performing in television comedies. The live audience is a thrill for me. Making movies and television shows is exciting to me even after twenty years in the business. I was on the Sony lot a few weeks ago and ran into an old friend who was wrapped in a blanket to keep himself warm. When I asked him why he was wrapped in the blanket, he dropped it and revealed that he was wearing the costume of a classic comic book villain: He was shooting Spiderman III. When I saw the costume I went a little crazy, because I recognized the character immediately. (Sorry, fans, but if I reveal which character, Sony operatives will hunt me down and make me disappear.)

.He says "classic" and (I don't know what his definition of classic is but whatever) thats like 60's characters like Sandman. And like that one poster who said that Thomas and him were in a TV series and they could have been friends there. But Sandman's costume isn't really....Its just a green & tan striped shirt.Anybody could wear one and would they be playing Sandman?
