This might be the most excited I've ever been for a comic book character to return to the screen. I don't think anything compares currently seeing such an iconic actor return to a comic book character 30 years later.

Speaking as someone born after 1989, I never thought I'd see Keaton's Batman back on the big screen. It feels like a privilege tbh. It's a great time to be a fan of that iteration.

Just goes to show the power of him as that character in those two films, that he, as an actor, has stayed relevant as well as the films 30 years later.

I do wonder what comic book actors returning 30 years from now will stand the test of time.

Will Robert Downey Jr. be resurrected as Iron Man in 2050! Or Chris Evans as Captain America?

Yup, born in 95 so I never got to really experience the Keaton craze other than wearing out the VHS tapes of Batman and Batman Returns as a kid. Looking forward to it with this movie though.

I was born in 1993, so yeah this is definitely something to look forward to seeing that I haven't seen the Keaton iteration in theaters before.

I was a little over 2 years old when Batman '89 came out so I missed that one but I do remember seeing Batman Returns.

My Grandma went with us and kept saying afterward how much she didn't like 'that guy with the black stuff coming out of his mouth'. She was so disgusted and confused why we took her along.

Fast forward to 2008, walking out of Dark Knight, her only comment on the movie was 'that guy with the chin and blonde hair was so handsome till they messed up his face.'
