Civil War Mk 45 & Mk 46 made out of Vibranium!!?

The Mark 45 as seen in Age of Ultron

So I just got done watching Comics Explained youtube video about all the movies Iron Man armours and he stated that the Mk45 is made completely out of Vibranium, I've heard this being said here and there before but just took it as misinformation but now it seems legit, I read it on on Marvel Cinematic Universe wiki as well that the Mk45 is made out of Vibranium too.

But this just doesn't make any sense, the only Vibranium known to the world as of AoU is used on Captain America's shield. Tony even expressed shock when he found out Klaue was dealing in Vibranium in Wakanda.

Tony couldn't have stolen Vibranium from Klaue at the boat yard and even if he did then when did he have time to infuse it into his MK 45? And the MCU Wiki stated he made the MK 45 sometime BEFORE Age of Ultron.
This would also mean the Mk 46 in Civil War would have to be Vibranium too because there's no way Tony would downgrade unless we're given some convoluted reason. So Cap is supposed to fight a guy covered head to toe in Vibranium?

Anyway can someone please explain this because it makes no sense to me that Tony made the MK 45 out of Vibranium.

If there's any source to back this up, I missed it. At no point in the movie does he say the suit is made from vibranium.

I noticed that as well when I watched that video. I'm pretty sure it's just a mistake. Ultron was made of vibranium but not Iron Man.

This may be related to the confusion caused by some people thinking Tony invented vibranium at the end of Iron Man 2.
