MKV to ISO problems

dude,,wtf already.Every program Ive tried out there wont do it right.
AVI2dvd=bunk
DVDFlick=bunk
WinAvi=bunk
Matroska files will be the death of me...Someone name a freebie that will get the job done please?

I dont know what you're doing with your 8 gig blank dual layer DVD's but Im trying to burn four hours worth of little Jimmy's seventh birthday at Chuckee Cheese!!

Anyway,,I throw my arms up and surrender.At this point its become less of a headache and more cost effective to just run a long SVideo cable.
