Spider-Man can be seen on Sunday, Dec. 24 from 7:30-10 p.m. (ET/PT). Like the recent broadcast of Spider-Man 2, this airing of Spider-Man will also include material from Spider-Man 3.

Will this be new material, or the same from Turkey Day?

agreed totally, sony is very nice, they gave us a thanksgiving preasant and now a christmas preasant, im really excited to see what they show.
