I dont think TR is well known for its music. Alot of the gameplay doesnt have music and thats what helps it.

Hmph, that's the exact reason why TR IS well known for its music. It's used sparingly, it's not a handful of tracks looped over and over during gameplay so much that you don't even notice it anymore. When the music picks up in TR, you know something's going to happen or has happened already. And every TR game has had excellent music so far, some even bagging a few awards.

Yea, you read my mind. The Metal Gear Solid 2 theme was fantastic and using Ave Maria in the last Hitman game was great.

Good point, but im not voting for anything as simple as the Mario theme.

the most for me was always the Sonic 2 Special Stage theme...after that, Halo, Mario, and the first level of Doom...Sonic 2's Special Stage though was so f**king catchy...I can still hum along to it everytime I play the damn thing...
