Right now I have 5 games in mind:
Assassin's Creed 2:
That best line from all the Assassin's Creed franchise, when Ezio finally has his reunion with his uncle:
"It's me, Mario"
If you don't get it, there's something missing in your life as a gamer
Mortal Kombat (2011):
Rayden talks, and Johnny releases his infamous "DUN DUN DUUUUN"
Then there's Noob's line: "I have no flaws, Quan Chi has perfected me"
Who didn't kick your hide in the game story? Beside everyone you fought? Either as Sub-Zero or Noob?
It's there for the comedy
Devil May Cry 3:
The reunion of Dante and Vergil, when Dante says:
"How about a kiss from your little brother? Or how about a kiss from this" raising his gun at Vergil
Devil May Cry 4:
Every quip traded between one of the playable characters and Agnus:
Agnus talks about Nero's mouth and killing him, Agnus stutters and Nero:
"Don't you think it's harsh? Kill me cause the way I t-t-t-t-t-t-talk?"
And with Dante things get better. Agnus states his assumption of demons being no match for Dante, and lights turn theatrically on that guy, with this tune adding to the flavor:
"You summon and kill.
Summon and kill, I fail to see the logic here
Iiiiss sanity..the price to pay....FOR POWER?"
Spider-Man from Neversoft:
To me, that one has the biggest number of memorable lines in any video game, so big it amazes me, with Venom especially
