Or state the games with what you find the most memorable lines
Don't forget to mention the lines

Of course they can be any kind, corny, serious, normal, etc.. depends on these elements; writing, context, voice, delivery
And the impact the line leaves on you

Right now I have 5 games in mind:

    Assassin's Creed 2:
That best line from all the Assassin's Creed franchise, when Ezio finally has his reunion with his uncle:
    "It's me, Mario"
If you don't get it, there's something missing in your life as a gamer

    Mortal Kombat (2011):
Rayden talks, and Johnny releases his infamous "DUN DUN DUUUUN"

Then there's Noob's line: "I have no flaws, Quan Chi has perfected me"
Who didn't kick your hide in the game story? Beside everyone you fought? Either as Sub-Zero or Noob?
    It's there for the comedy

    Devil May Cry 3:
The reunion of Dante and Vergil, when Dante says:
"How about a kiss from your little brother? Or how about a kiss from this" raising his gun at Vergil

    Devil May Cry 4:
Every quip traded between one of the playable characters and Agnus:
Agnus talks about Nero's mouth and killing him, Agnus stutters and Nero:
"Don't you think it's harsh? Kill me cause the way I t-t-t-t-t-t-talk?"

And with Dante things get better. Agnus states his assumption of demons being no match for Dante, and lights turn theatrically on that guy, with this tune adding to the flavor:
    "You summon and kill.
Summon and kill, I fail to see the logic here
Iiiiss sanity..the price to pay....FOR POWER?"

    Spider-Man from Neversoft:
To me, that one has the biggest number of memorable lines in any video game, so big it amazes me, with Venom especially

    Halo 3:

Cortana: how do you plan on getting out?

Master Chief: I though I'd shoot my way out, change things up a bit.

I've never laughed harder at a game than that Exchange

I've just started playing Max Payne 3, it's full of neat dialogue. But one line that always stuck with me was from the Punisher game on PS2/Xbox. The Punisher was explaining to someone (I forget who) during a prison riot that the bad guy, Jigsaw, was going to "Let the inmates kill each other and escape in the confusion." When asked what he planned to do about that, The Punisher replied "Kill all the inmates, and escape in the confusion."

    Max Payne 3:

"We married young. By this point she was dead longer than I'd known her. I missed her with every inch of my being and I hated the world for not letting me die with her, but mostly I hated myself for letting those bastards hurt her and our little girl. Now here I was, once again standing over the body of a woman I had failed to protect."

"This kind of place made me want to puke. I needed a real drink to cope with the electronic music and robotic people."

"There are two kinds of people: ones that are trying to build their future and ones that are trying to rebuild the past."

    Metal Gear Solid (all games):

"I just wasted a bullet, don't waste your life."

"A Cornered Fox is more dangerous than a jackal!"

"Snake! We're not tools of the government or anyone else. Fighting was the only thing...the only thing I was good at. But...at least I always fought for what I believed in."

"Unfortunately killing is just one of those things that gets easier the more you do it."

"I watched the stupidity of mankind through the scope of a riffle."

"FINISH HIM!" - Announcer, Mortal Kombat
"Henshin a-go-go baby!" - Joe, Viewtiful Joe
"I gotta believe!" - Parappa, Parappa the Rapper
"The legend will never die.." - Announcer, Soul Calibur
"Shut up and move yo butt!" - BD Joe, Crazy Taxi
"Do you know where I can find some sailors?" - Ryo, Shenmue
"Momma mia!" - Mario, Super Mario
"Here we goooooo!" - Mario, Super Mario
"SNAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!" - Liquid Snake, Metal Gear Solid

"HOTHOTHOTHOTHOTTTTT" - Mario, Super Mario 64
I found this line hilarious when I first played Mario 64 back in the day.

"YOUUUUU RAAAATTTTSSS!!!" - Dou Niu, Shenmue 2
Such a bad line and delivered so terribly, that it's actually memorable.

I prefer Ezio's line with Macievelli.

"I was planning to write a book about you."
    "If you do...keep it short".

That's when I realised I loved the series. When the new character was announced, that's when I realised I didn't anymore.

I always love the slogan in Bioshock (not really a line but very quotable). "No gods or kings, only man"

Haha i dont think so. But its great man. One of, if not my favorite, lines of dialog from any game. Both Nolan North and Emily Rose do a great job.

Yeah and Yea are both acceptable, though the latter is generally more informal.

I think YEAH is the correct form(altho my iPhone doesnt correct me when i write YEA, and Apple is never wrong) but for internet/text speak ill drop the H. Sometimes i do the same thing with the word KNOW. Also tend to write UR instead of YOU'RE

    Some more. these are all from the fallout games. IMO, the game got some of the best written dialogues;

    - Fisto, the sexbot from FO;NV

    - i'm programmed for your pleasure!
    - Assume the position!
    - don't worry! the numbness will subside in a few minutes!

    - Cass. When you take her to the Hoover Dam for the first time;

-This place always makes me wanna take a p***!

    When sneaking: Shh...we're hunting s***heads!

-The NCR tries to put their stake in everything. Nobody **** is that long...not even long **** Johnson, and he had a ****** long ****, thus the name!

    Veronica. Also fron FO;NV

-Great! thanks! thank you! i will encourage people to name their non -ugly children after you. seriously!

Another funny line from her, if you're a male and ask her to stay close: This is as far as i get until you turn into a leggy brunette!

When she's injured/dying: i know i should be an actress instead!

    Sydney. from FO3

    - keep your eyes on the mission...and off my ass please!
    - yeah right...i can shoot the *** off a bloatfly from a 100 yards... without ironsight!

    Desmond lockheart. FO 3

-My story? tell you what, kid.My story is alot like a Deathclaw's tongue.it's long, it's messy and you don't want to get too personal with it...understand?
