A sympathetic Red Skull? The Captain America movie completely missed the point of the character.

Most Sympathetic- Syndrome (Well ok it's not a comic movie, but its still got superheroes in it) He was a just an innocent kid who wanted to be like his hero and was rejected. He did do some evil in the film, but nothing near what The Joker or any other villain I can think of did in other comic-book films. And his death at the end by his hero. So violent. I feel sad watching Syndrome squirming to get away from the turbine..

Least Sympathetic- Ledger's Joker, duh.
