Movie Villian Tournament

I need everyone to nominate one film villian.
I will take the first 24, throw the names in a hat, and we will have ourselves a tournament.
Just one rule: No Vader

This isn't a battle thread, but who makes the best villian.


I'll start with two Kings from two recent Greek Epics.

Xerxes

Agamemnon

You've all ready destroyed credibility of your tournament by

1) Ignoring any nomination process and just picking people yourself.
2) Using candidates from a new release which many people likely have not seen and someone who can hardly be considered a classic movie villian.

I deem this battle to suck

To have a fair tournament you must have nominees and brackets laid out at the beginning, you can't wing it. Otherwise the game master could very easily taint the results.
