Movie with guy who can teleport

Ok, it's REALLY hard to find a movie when you don't know the name of it. It's about a dude who learns he can teleport, robs a bank and then gets the attention of other people with powers who are hunting him. Sam. Jacksons in it with cool white hair. I've never even heard of it before I saw the trailer in front of AvP2. Anyone know the name?
