Can someone tell me the name of this movie.

It was a movie in this weird town full of circus freaks and this weird Sylvester Stallone looking dude. It had this brother and sister who were fused together and at the end this dude was chained up and turned into Gumbi or something like that. t:

I don't know, it had this guy turned into a worm, and they went to Freak Land, and it was this guy with a sock puppet for a head. It's one of the most weirdest movie's I've seen but it's funny as hell and it was made in the 90s

It's funny, about a year ago, I was going crazy because I was trying to find the title to the exact same movie that I remember watching when I was like 7.

It's called Freaked.
