The issue was pretty decent. The writer has a good grasp on Carol so far as the scenes indicate with her internal struggle with taking up the mantle of Captain Marvel. I still don't care for the costume or the hair but it's Carol - she's the bestest and I'm always there to read any story with her in it.

Meh... I still think I'm gonna pass. I've still got other books I haven't read that take priority, among them autobiographies on Burt Lancaster, Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum.

Neither Cap or Spidey said they hated the name Ms. Marvel. She asked them but they joked back with her, not giving her a straight answer. Actually Spidey said he loved it but then again that was part of his joke

Well when you're trying to push a new concept it's not uncommon to trash the old one in hopes of convincing people the new concept is better.

I don't get it, people love Lenil Yu but hate this artist. I don't see the difference between the two personally. The styles are identical, IMO.
