I came home from doing some shopping and noticed the lights and such were out, its about 40 degrees outside and went over to his tank and seen him, laying on the ground brittle and life-less.. he was dead.. and I'm upset.

You don't have a backup generator specifically for the sand aquarium?

Generators are supposed to be separate yo!

Still, the loss sucks. Lizards are awesome 'cause they're like snakes with legs.

Sucks. Sorry about that. I remembered the first time my pet goldfish died and I saw him floating in the tank. I wa like 7. I was like wtf happened to it?! Is it sleeping? & when my dad flushed it..:o

:o:)

My pet lizard lasted like a week. I was probably like 8 years old and thought it would be cool to put it in a car and drive it around. Apparently it needed to be in it's tank more and died. :(

:woot: I'm sure it was the most fun of his life.

I meant a toy car btw if anyone is thinking "he was driving at 8 wtf?" :p

sorry to hear that.

my lizard recently passed away too.

i felt guilty =/

I know how you feel. My savana monitor died of old age and it was very sad.

Sorry to hear it.

I don't want to sound stupid but are you sure he was dead? As long as it was above freezing there's a chance he was just dormant.

Wo, that's even more fcked up. :wow::dry: Animals aren't action figures to play with like toys... seriously.

And sorry for your loss man, lost my cat about a year ago who I had since I was around five... still getting over it. So I know how hard it might be.
