I never understood why Dooku's lightsaber is curved.

It happens when you have a hyperactive 3-year-old who refuses to comply with bedtime on a school night...

I got them from my local collector's item store. But the store I went did not have another lightsaber - Luke Skywalker's. Lo and behold, I found it on e-bay for US$25 (excluding s&h). I bought it and it has yet to arrive at my doorstep.

If you're interested, check it out here. When I placed my order several days ago, they had 39 left. Now, they only have 27 left, so hurry up!

They're called "Master Replica .45". They're so called because they are exactly 45% the size of the real deal. Each comes with an officially sealed Certificate of Authenticity. They're the exact replica of the props used in the movies, right down to every minutest detail.

some guys just have it curved, that's the way it is

and Mace Windu's light sabre looks unwieldy and uncomfortable

I agree with you on your assessment of Windu's sabre. In fact, of the five, I think the most comfortable to handle would probably be Dooku's.

sometimes that happens when you put to much pressure on them while you're, um.... using them.

it's based on an Arabian rapier... supposed to give it an "old school" feel to it since Dooku is an old school kind of guy.

    You geek.

Um, where'd you get them again?

Seriously, I was thinking about getting them. I have the full scale vader lightsaber. I felt it was overkill with the amount of stuff I had, but maybe for my office.
