My screen on the hype

I need some help I can't get the post on here to look right everytime I get this

and it makes navigating around here horrible. So can someone tell what settings on here.

Hooooly s**t you have a lot of search/toolbars.

Anyway, you see in the top right of the post box it says "Display Modes"? Click it and from the drop down select the top option, Linear mode.
