Yeah I made this thread for my short film scripts, And I hate to sound like a douce with out saying much bla oh hell with it here's one that I call Blank.

Blank​

INT. A small white room

Jack is lying down on the floor wearing nothing but white and has a shaved head he wakes up looking at an empty white room, He gets up and takes a look around the room has no doors we cut as he looks Left, Right up, down and in front.





He touches the wall in front like a mime would, he doesn’t feel anything

He touches the ground with his feet and stomps on it with his feet, and kneels down to touch the floor.

He lies down front flat and then gets up and stares around in a dizzy sort of way he

runs to the back part of the room realizing the doors aren’t there

Voice: Strange isn’t it

Jack turns around we cut behind to see a man wearing a black suit with a Dark blue tie.

Jack: Who are you, Where am I?

The man walks over to Jack

Man: Don’t worry young Jack, Sit down

Jack sits in a white chair He looks up to see the man now wearing a turquoise tie

Jack: Who are you?

Man: Call me the house keeper, Anyway Jack as you can see this is a very unique and cozy place and

Jack gets up.

Jack: How do you know my name

The man turns around wearing a red tie

House keeper: Jack please sit.

Jack: No tell me right now!


House keeper: Jack you are quite privileged, I am shielding you.
Jack: What?

Housekeeper: Shielding you from very worrying things in your own little room.

He has a drink in his hands and offers it to Jack.

House keeper: Drink?

Jack: What, What the hell’s going on?

House keeper: Jack, We’re isolating you from the danger of the world

Jack: What danger?

Housekeeper: For you not to be the next person to die in the next 4 seconds

Jack: You’re going to kill me?

Housekeeper: No!

Jack: But, But why am I here, Is this a dream?

House keeper: Depends if you stay or not.

Jack: Well get me out of here

Housekeeper: Jack, You haven’t listened to it’s wonders yet.


Jack runs up to the man but as he runs the man disappears, He turns around in a rush, He turns around he’s no longer there.


He breathes heavily for a minute and looks around and falls to the ground.

He’s starting to panic, He gets up in a rush and starts looking around again, All four Connors of the room at least twice, Half way through the second time he sees the man with a crow bar and red tie, he hits Jack in the face.

Jack falls to the ground but doesn’t feel anything he clearly has a black eye, He looks up and sees he has a black tie on now.

House keeper: Never attack someone who might have better defenses than you.

Jack gets up the man now has a white tie on

House Keeper: AS I was explaining, You will stay here for ever what will happen will be explained after your decision, And believe me you are a lucky man.
Jack: But I just go to bed and now.

House keeper: Believe me Jack you won’t know what hit you, We are helping one person very rarely and we have chosen you.

Jack Looks around

Jack: But it’s just a white room. The house keeper chuckles.

House Keeper: Jack, This is a castle and more everlasting then what will happen to you if you don’t stay here.

Jack looks around again.

Jack: Well tell me what will help me here!

The housekeeper does a motion with his arms in the air

Housekeeper: You’re much safer in here then outside.

Jack: Look you have ****ed me over long enough now tell me what the hell is going on here!

Housekeeper: Jack listen.

Jack: No you listen “House keeper!” you send me out of here and back to earth right now!

Housekeeper: Very well

The house keeper now has a black tie, He gets out a revolver.
Jack stares at a moment and panics we close up on Housekeeper’s eyes and then Jack’s which are closed we then see him open them as he wakes up.

INT. Jack’s apartment, It’s a plain place it’s dark out side,


He (Jack now with his normal hair) gets out of his bed and walks over to his kitchen and pours himself a glass of water (We cut to him doing so) he checks the time saying 5:15.


He looks outside the window for a moment.


Housekeeper: Bad mistake Jack

Jack turns around

Jack: What!

We now see the Housekeeper with out a tie and his revolver in his hands.

Housekeeper: Next time listen!

He shoots Jack twice in the chest. Jack clenches his chest and blood comes out he looks down and looks at the door where the Housekeeper has now vanished.

OPN.
We hear 80’s style guitar tune appear as the text appears, And blue and red flashes appear on the highway passing by and we can see country side, We see homeless people with the title, The first sign says “The Really Bad” the second one says “Robbery in” and the third and final one says “ some Small town”

INT.
We see a car pull over in the other side of the convenient store (With a sign saying (ED-24), We see them the driver from the left.

Matt: It’s here right?

We cut to James sitting on the left seat.

James: Yep,

He gets a gun out and loads it.

James: You other guys ready?

We cut to them on the back from a frontal view

John and Derrick: Yeah.

They both get their guns ready.

We cut back to James

James: Ok be back here in five minutes ok?

We cut back to Matt

Matt: Ok.

Cut back to James

James: Let’s do it

The three get out the car and we see them walking slow motion like that in gangster films with “Rebel Rebel” by David Bowie playing in the background.

We then hear a huge car beep.

James: **** (Startled)

Derrick: What the ****.

Car Driver: Get the **** out the way.

John goes straight into the store with his hood up.

INT. John, Derrick and James enter; the store is set up like this:






James goes straight up toe the store clerk; we cut to see him getting his gun.
INT. Matt’s car we see him driving around the place looking as if he’s lost.


INT. The store. James goes straight up toe the store clerk; we cut to see him getting his gun. All of sudden Derrick comes in.



Derrick: Hey can I have a plastic bag.

James looks at Derrick at a surprised way as we cut to him as he mimics “What?”

Derrick, mimics (As we cut to him) “I need to shop” as subtitles appear

James again mimics “What?”

Derrick: I need to shop do what you need to do.

We see John waiting at the door as James gets the gun out and points at the clerk, John gets his gun out as well they all get them like Western films in a slow motion way.

James grabs his from his pants,

Cut to John grabbing it from his shoulder

Cut to Derrick picking up a big pack of Oreos and putting it in the bag.

Derrick: Hey I didn’t know they sell Oreos here.

We cut to James and the clerk.

Clerk: What do you want?

James Get the money and put it into that plastic bag NOW!

Clerk: Ok how much?

James: All of it.

Clerk: I can’t do that

James: Why not? I mean, just put the money in a plastic bag now!


John looks out side the door, and we cut to his point of view as an old woman comes in.

John: James; There’s a ****ing old lady coming in.

James: Oh **** tell her that it’s closed.

John: Ok.

John opens the door.

John; Sorry Mam we’re closed.

Old Lady: What? Yelling

John: We’re closed yelling

Old Lady: Well you weren’t closed a minute ago

John: Well we are now, Bye Bye.

John closes the door, We can then hear knocking on the door, John’s eyes roll, As he opens the door.

John: Look miss just go away!

Old Lady: Oh you stupid young boys no respect for your elders

John closes the door again.

We can then hear a lot of the woman’s screaming he then opens the door and kicks her in frustration.

We see her fall down.

EXT. Matt is seen asking for directions.

Neighbour: You’ll see the DD 24 After you go straight on this road.

INT. The Store

John: All done!

James: ok good.

Clerk: Look sure I will not give you the money it’s is to precarious to me
James: oh for, I really don’t care just give me the money.

Derrick comes over with the bag.

Derrick: How much?

James: Derrick!

Derrick: oh yeah sorry. And a pack of Marlborough lights

James: No! Don’t pay him.

Derrick: Why not?

James: We’re robbing him you idiot.

Derrick: Oh!

Derrick gets his gun out

Derrick: Give us the money

Derrick and the clerk stare at each other but then Derrick notices a mirror that has a Budweiser bottle sticking out of nowhere.
We see Derrick’s eyes switching between the clerk and the beer.






After that he just decides to go get the beer, He starts drinking it

John: Derrick what the ****?

Derrick: Hey I’m thirsty, Hey look Time Magazine,

Derrick picks up a copy of the magazine, And starts reading it on the floor.

All of a sudden James’s phone rings.

James: oh ****.

James checks it seeing it’s from Matt.

James: Matt where the **** are you?

INT. Matt’s in the car

Matt: I’m on a highway called the DD 24

James: Matt, That makes you go all the ****ing way to Nicole City’s centre?

Matt: Umm is that bad?

James: That’s like 100 miles away and it’s all one way!

Matt: Ah, Ok, um, Bye!

James: Matt, matt?

James kicks the counter in frustration

James: oh **** this

He just grabs the machine
James: Let’s get out of here! (Yelling)

John opens the door James runs out and Derrick nearly runs out but runs back to get his bag, then runs out side.

As soon as the other two are out, John closes the door.

EXT. Outside, We see two police cars pulled over with guns pointing at the three.


They all stop.


The screen goes black and it reads in white letters

About An hour later.




INT. A Jail cell with a bench we cut to the three guys sitting on it.

Derrick: Hey! Did you know that they captured Al-quead’s number one in Iraq!?


James and John stare at him.

The screen goes black as we hear punches and kicks and Derrick screaming.
Credits roll.

Opening we see the titles come up as a simple black background with old style camera edges coming across

Scene one

Int. A small apartment, in a small room with a rocking chair and a small safe next to it, Craig is sitting on one of the chairs

We close up on Craig on a rocking chair and a shotgun starring at a safe, he’s sweating he hasn’t slept in days.

Craig (V.O): It’s mine, mine alone no one else can have it 3 days now and it’s still mine, I need to open it again see it.

No then someone can be in here and grab it No, Must keep it there must keep it there must guard it!

Become rich become rich!

Craig closes his eyes for a brief moment.

Scene two

EXT. An alleyway we see Craig and two other men with handguns.

They are all wearing hoods and hats to hide their faces,

Craig is seen watching over the other two who are robbing something from a back door, they are all holding 45’s

Jack: Come on Brian let’s go quick man!

One of them says as Craig turns around.

Brian then comes out and gives the bag to Jack.

Brian: Here ya go Jack.

Brian takes it

Jack: Hey Craig quickly!

Craig turns around as Jack throws him a bag.

Craig grabs it. He keeps looking around pointing his gun around he then looks in to see what’s in the bag.

We see a diamond almost sparkling

Craig stares in aw as he sees the diamond,

He then turns to see his two partners coming towards him

He looks between the diamond and them constantly; He is seen being out of breath

As they come over him he points his gun at them.

Craig: Look behind you! (Yelling)

The two look behind their shoulders.

We then see Craig firing his gun multiple times from two different angles.

Scene three

Int. Back at his apartment we see him in rocking chair once again.

Craig (V.O): Cannot sleep must guard diamond, It’s mine mine alone no one else can have it if anyone else does

He says shaking with the shotgun in his hands.

Zoom in to Craig eye’s blinking with frustration.

We then pan around the room when we hear the wind blowing, He clicks the shotgun just in case.


He rock on the chair with the gun in his hands.

The screen goes black

Scene four
We see Craig still in the rocking chair it’s now daytime and we notice the sun in his eyes.

Craig (V.O): I can sell it, it’s been four days now, I might not be able to walk very but I can, what about my breath my hygiene man I really need to…NO!

I have to guard if something happens to it I’m dead. It’s been four days now why hasn’t anyone found me.

They must be waiting, I can’t stop them maybe I could, DAMMIT!

Craig starts acting nervously and watches the diamond in it’s safe, he then proceeds to take it out of the safe.

He stands up as the diamond lands on the floor

Craig: You stupid piece of s***! Yelling

Craig then shoots the diamond as it blows into pieces.

He falls to his knees with tears in his eyes and puts the shot gun to his head.

Craig (V.O): If I can’t have it then!

We hear the sound of gunfire and then the screen goes black with the song “Diamonds are a girls best friend comes on.
