Different it was, but obscure, too.

I was thinking that earlier, but you just said (typed, actually) it. How about the person with the highest score always goes. That way, the score will always be slightly more even?

Three more songs sharing a common theme...

1) It happened back in the bayou many years ago
Satan came to take him and he did it real slow
Well, they rushed him back to see the doctor
The doctor just shook his head

2) I find myself running in circles
Lost and half insane
And I need a cure sometimes
To knock out the pain

3) I took all of his money and it was a pretty penny
I took all of his money and I brought it home to Molly
She swore that she loved me, no never would she leave me
For the devil take that woman for you know she tricked me easy

I was thinking Thin Lizzy, but since it makes no difference to the theme... ** for you :)

My guess is that the theme is Whiskey.

Unfortunately, the only whiskey songs that come to mind are One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer by Geo Thoroughgood and Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar song) by the Doors, and I don't think either of the other songs are either of those.

Could be. I can't think of any jar songs, though.
Yeah... Isn't there some song about drinkin' whiskey and chasing it with wine or beer or something like that? Or I just remembering an earlier adventure in my life?! :D

Maybe it was before my time or maybe it just sucked. I recall no such song. Sorry.

Wait...maybe Rush sang it....
