Well considering its going against that trash known as NBA Live, theres NO doubt that it'll be the best basketball game out there. I think the B. Davis screens look amazing, not too crazy about that last Chris Paul screen tho. I really wish EA would take notes from how 2K sports does their games. If NCAA 08 had just 1/4 of the presentation that NBA 2k7 and MLB 2k7 have then i think it could be one of the best sports titles out there.

haha, thats how i was with MLB until i saw MLB 2K7. That is hands down the best sports title i ever played.

MLB 2k7? I weep for your soul. I love 2K's basketball games but hate their baseball games. If only EA would have kept the licensing to MLB and 2K kept the rights to the NFL it would be a perfect world. MVP 05 is still the best.

I was never a fan of 2K's football titles, although now, I'm not a big fan of EA's either. I think MLB 2k7 is by far better than anything Ea could ever do. The presentation and atmosphere in MLB 2K7 hasnt been matched in a previous sports title.

Presentation and atmosphere doesn't match good game play in my book. And thats where MVP 05' is better than every baseball game since released. MLB 2K7 LOOKS great, it just doesn't play great or even good really. Yeah MVP has old rosters and graphics that cannot compare to anything out now. And its still better.

Well Madden 07 played pretty good and the lack of presentation made the game just downright boring, same with NCAA 08. The game plays great but im not even finished with my first dynasty and im already becoming bored of it.

As for MLB 2K7, i think the game plays fantastically, almost flawlessly.

I didn't say anything about Madden or NCAA. And furthermore, the way those games played shouldn't be indicitive of how MVP 05' plays. I know that MLB 2K7 has much better graphics, much more features and much more of everything really. But in the one department where it matters the most it falls very short of the bar MVP 05' set. All you have to do is play it, you will know.

I played MVP 05 when it was released, wasnt that impressed. It may have slightly better gameplay, but the other superior areas of 2K7 make up for it

Then you are lost. I have hope for the 2K series though because they have one of the main guys that worked on the MVP series. I think it will get better.

they only updated the faces, pretty much.

chris paul looks horrendous. the rest look good.

this is my second most wanted game behind gta iv.
