NBC's 'JOURNEYMAN' starring Kevin Mckidd

Can't believe tonight is the last episode. :(

And then he never comes back.:csad:

So Evan was a time traveller.

Sad, so sad. Nice and touching ending, that can serve as a season or series finale.

...And Katie finally got to see 'It happen'.

R.I.P JourneyMan.

Anyone else get teary eyed at the ending? :(

RIP Journey Man. Best show of the year. Best show to ever be cancelled so prematurely.

I'm saying he time traveled there and the show is not coming back it seems, so he's never "coming back."

He told her he'll always come back. She told him she'll support that he wants to be a "traveler" They just ended on a note where she finally got to see him leap.

Great episode. Now I guess the wait is on to see if NBC is really stupid enough to pull the plug.

Here's to hoping their not

I'm confused;

Didn't Elliott Langley say he (Dan) had been travelling for 6 months, in the elevator? Journeyman is soppsed to be happening in the present. Yet when he went back to the mental hospital, Evan said it was September 2007 plus senator Larry Craig was on tv resigning from the senate....

If Dan had indeed been travelling for 6 months from the time he first 'jumps', then that would put 'his present' early in the year 2008. Langley should have said, 4 months not 6 months.

Im talking about terms of seeing the show, it is most likely gone.

Very touching last scene. The look in Katie's eye was priceless.

I'm sad now. I wonder what the ratings were for tonight.

When the show first started hadn't Dan already been leaping for a period of time without realizing it? Otherwise just blame it on bad writing for these inconsistences.

Nah, i could have sworn his very first jump was during the first ep. I can't be sure though, as it's been a while. Was his first jump from the cab..?

Definately gonna buy the dvd.

it's sad to see this show done :csad:...

I'm buying season One, for sure.

I have a feeling, in the original timeline of the show, it debuts (real time) around September of this year, gets a holiday hiatus, like most major shows do, then starts back up in early 2008. Don't forget, we weren't even supposed to see these last 2 eppys.

Or we could just leave it up to there being long periods of time between a couple of episodes.

What a bittersweet episode to go out on, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for positive news over the Christmas break.

So the professor was playing dumb to protect himself & Dan. Which probably means that unabomber is doing the same thing. I really hope someone picks up the show so we can find out who those people are & what exactly they intend to do with the power. Of course, the obvious suspects would be some government agency & the motive would be world power or a **** load of money.

........

That was some sad **** with Evan. In order to save his dead wife, he had to prevent them from hooking up in the first place.:csad:

And if this is indeed the last episode. I loved the last scene with Dan leaping & calling out to his wife so she can finally see "it".

I'd like to know the connection between Evan's death and Dans first jump; one has to die before another can start 'jumping'...?

With another season, we couldn't found out the kinda things Evan had in his diary.

I hope the writers strike last for ****ing eons......those sudio big wigs need to suffer! :cmad:

I initially thought Evan's death triggered Dan's traveling somehow, but that doesn't seem to make sense with Langley's assertion that there were a bunch of people who do it. If a bunch of people can be traveling simultaneously, why would Evan need to die for Dan to be activated?

Regarding the time thing, it may just be something as simple as Langley giving an estimate. I doubt he's aware of the very first time Dan jumped, and he might've just thrown a broad number out there. People do it all the time.

I can honestly see this happening, a studio is going to want the rights to JM and NBC will not give them up just in case they want to bring it back, but never do. Like the kid with the football who sucks and won't let anyone else play with his ball because noone throws it to him.

I see that too. :csad:

Does anyone remember exactly what Dans first mission was? It would be cool if it was somehow connected to Evan, and that we, the audience don't realize it until seeing last nights ep....

Now that Heroes is no longer on, i have no reason to watch this crappy channel anymore....**** NBC!:cmad:

It was the little kid, who turns out to be a doctor that saves lives in the present at an accident scene. Wouldn't it be interesting if somehow, Evan turns out to be alive, saved at the hospital by the same doctor?

That's at least two kids that Dan has come in contact with, that turned into doctors.

I am really, REALLY sad that this show might be gone. It has SO much depth to be explored. Such a wealth of possible (and good) stories.

Ok, this has been bugging the hell out me since monday's episode, can anyone tell me what I might recognize the actress who played the psychic from? I'd look her up myself, but I can't seem to find her name anywhere either.

Do you watch Pushing Daisies? She was the dog-training wife of the polygamist who died in one of the episodes.
