Indeed. Vicki is often referenced in various books even if she doesn't make much of an appearance. To have a Batmovie which focuses on media coverage and not include the slightest glimpse of her is madness. She doesn't have to be a love interest, just a female journalist who is present when necessary.

I'm not even really speaking of this woman in particular playing Harley Quinn, but I think I can see how they can do the charchter right for the movie. Joker has to keep escaping from Arkham somehow, so what if she was merely this doctor at Arkham who was a "groupie" and had this twisted admiration for him and what he does, and he uses that to twist her mind and make her to as he wants. Things like helping him escape.

I highly doubt she is someone like Selina or Harley. This totally has Bruce arm candy written all over it. If Two Face is supposed to be the main villain for Batman 3, why would they need to introduce Harley? It seems like a rather pointless plot. Also, I still doubt that catwoman will be used for quite some time considering the terrible solo movie.

honestly, having seen her in the british soap "Hollyoaks" it would be a huge surprise if she played any kind of major role in TDK. She has to be arm candy or some other small role. It just seems so unlikely that Nolan would cast an average soap actress, out of a poor, 'made for teenagers' soap opera in any major role such as Selena or even Harley Quinn. There's no way shes cut out for it, especially when compared to other casting decisions which for the most part are all movie stars at the top of their game.
