New Aliens vs Predator

Now the game is looking really kickass. But my only problem is, melee with the Predator. I think it'd be kinda weird using the wrist blades and staff in a FPV.

Maybe they should base the wrist blades off of the Energy Sword in Halo.

This games looks awesome though. Can't wait for it.

The look on that marine's face once he has his spine ripped out is hilarious.

I was just listening to an interview with someone working on AvP and the said the Call of Duty thing was misinterpreted. He says that all three campaigns are seperate and you can play them in any order you want. I don't know if you guys know that or not, but I thought I would pass it on.

Link? I really hope this is true cause if it is, my excitement is sky high again. The Call of Duty character switching was my only main gripe so far.

I'm not going to hunt down a link for you, but if you need to hear it for yourself listen to the latest TalkRadar podcast.

looks like the best one yet.... which isnt saying much lol

but yeah need to see how multiplayer is.

yeah I had AVP2 for my PC and it was one of the better games I've played. I especially loved running around as the Predator :D

From gameplay vids of the old avp games on youtube, the Predator jumping looked painful, I love this jump targeting they have, and the pacing of the predator gameplay, he's like a surgeon.

Those Predator Trophy Kills look Incredible. Can't wait to play the demo!

Awesome. Yea i thought we'd be switching between characters throughout the campaign. Awesome news to hear that you choose which characters campaign to play. Awesome, awesome news.

I like the one where the Predator sneaks behind the marines.

I really hope and wish that someday there will be a game of ALIEN VS PREDATOR VS TERMINATOR (AVPVT) with humans as the COLONIAL MARINES and RESISTANCE FORCES made up of the army, tactical police and civilians alike. I guess that will be a damn awesome FPS PC game especially if it's a FPS MMO game, as like how DARK HORSE comics came out with the comic book series. And if should the movie would ever be produce then that would be even better.

This game looks absolutely amazing. Graphics, gameplay, features, options, and story all sound and look excellent. It looks like an excellent continuation of a great series that has been too long discontinued. It really seems to harken back to a mix of the films "Aliens" & "Predator" which is exactly what I am looking for. It's a shame that the makers of the AvP films couldn't take a cue from the Rebellion crew in how to approach this material.

I've always felt that while crossovers are usually a lot of fun (Freddy vs. Jason, Dracula vs. Frankestein, Godzilla vs. King Kong, etc.) they rarely make much sense either story or character wise. I truly believe that Aliens vs. Predator is the one exception to this rule. They do make sense to be co-existing in the same universe and the concept of a three way dance between them and Colonial Marines is very intriguing. It's been shown to work before and I really think this new version will even surpass the previous ones.

The predator stuff is very impressive, VERY impressive. I wanna see what we can do with the marines and aliens this time.
