Iv stopped playing the demo, that way ill be even more eager to start this game up come Tuesday.

Iv played that demo more than any other demo iv downloaded. Tuesday cant get here quick enough.

As host of your matches, your'e also able to set the DM rules, such as player count and whether or not to turn off Species Balance. Which, if I understood correctly, means you could probably have 8 Predators running around on the map.

The 360 didnt have any matchmaking problems.

If you are talking about the updated demo tho, well the PS3 users needed a bone tossed their way since they havent got a chance to play the demo consistently the way 360 users have.

Pretty much. I was gonna try and hold off on the demo, kinda of make that anticipation grow a bit more.

Altho, major bummer today. I head to my local Gamestop to see if they are going to get any extra collectors editions and nope, not even getting one. Damn i should preordered that thing a long time ago.

Hell yea man. That species TDM is gonna be so kick ass. Also cant wait to try that survivor mode. And Predator Hunt, oh and Infestation.

I'm having a blast playing this new version! I had fun playing with 2-4 people but man when you get a full game going...it plays so different!

I had one of the most epic pair of kills today! I really wish I recorded it. It was me vs. two other guys. I was an Alien, one of them was a predator and the other was a marine. I was stalking the marine player, in the section under the map where there are the two ramps, I was about to launch an attack when out of no where the Predator uncloaked itself and attacked him first!

I wait patiently on the ceiling, watching the events unfold in front of me. The marine put up a good fight and managed to pump a few rounds into the Predator. The Predator was weak so he sprinted past the Marine and swiftly moved through the small hallway with the crates.

The marine player was determined to kill him. He ran after him. With his back turned to me I launched my attack. The marine was just about to set foot in the hallway when I grabbed him. He looked into my face and was screaming. The Alien then took its tail and slit his throat. Blood geysered from the wound.

I then saw the Predators lasers beaming at the hallway. He was just around the corner waiting for the marine to enter the hallway. The Alien let go of the Marine, his dead body falling into the hallway where the Predator was.

I then did a U-turn and made my way around into the hallway where the Predator was. You could tell whoever was playing the Predator was scared *****less because he moved ever so slowly towards the Marines dead body. I then launched a stealth kill, impaling the Predator through the chest with my tail.

It was one of the most rewarding double kill I've ever gotten in any game!

Haha yea, there are some very rewarding kills in this game.

But, you are extremely lucky i wasnt the one controlling that Predator. You'd of been dead long before you got done killing that marine.

I've been playing this since the demo arrived and I love it.

I just really hope the single player campaigns are fun, and good for replay. I usually enjoy single player alot more than multiplayer in games like this and Left 4 Dead. Don't ask why. I just do.

Predator is my favorite. Always has been.

Yea i have a feeling the campaign is gonna be the weak link in this title. I think the game is going to shine best in multiplayer. I still think the campaigns will be pretty fun, but i think they'll be overshadowed by the mp, much in the same way the CoD series is.

Oh im sure you'll feel like a bad ass, just dont go into the campaign expecting a 15 hour game with a truly gripping story. According to some recent reviews(no the Game Informer review doesnt count as the reviewer was a moron) the best campaign is the marines due to its story and survival horror atmosphere. Its said that the aliens is the weakest due to the fact its hard to craft a story around a character thats basically just a primal killing machine.

Still, imo, i dont need a story as the xenomorph or Predator, just let me kill everyone in sight.

I think the campaigns will be fun, but say thats all you are going to get out of the game, i think you might come away a bit disappointed.

What a weak predator player. I never play overly cautious as the predator and I'm always confident when using him. It's a complete different story for me when using marines.

Theres a fine line when using the Predator, a lot of ppl think because hes the strongest of the 3, he can just run up on anyone and get a kill, not so. Iv used the marine and taken out numerous Predators who thought they could just run up on me. As someone who controls the Predator most frequently, i rather come upon 1 skilled Xenomorph than one skilled Marine. Those guys aint no joke.
