Superman Returns New Clip at Itunes

tell me it's not. fanboys/girls are the only people i know that would actually pay attention to the way a person fell off a building...normal people don't watch a guy fall off a building and think "i don't like the position of his body or the way his limbs were moving as he fell off of the building"

not saying being a fanboy is bad or anything (i'm a fanboy myself).

That's not my problem at all, and I said nothing about how natural it looked. I said it looked comical. And I doubt Singer wanted giggling during that scene, yet I guarantee when I go see that scene in the theater somebody is going to laugh.

I´m not. That´s all I care about.

I downloaded it, but I'm trying very hard to resist watching it. I think I've seen too much already.

...I gotta save something for the 27th @ 10pm :(

Well it bothers me that a potentially great scene can be grinded to a halt because of a comical scream. I watch this clip and that just ruins it for me.

actually...you said it looked 'terrible'. you didn't say anything about it being funny or comical lookin'.

And I doubt Singer wanted giggling during that scene
of course not...most people WON'T giggle during that shot.

yet I guarantee when I go see that scene in the theater somebody is going to laugh.
i guarantee laughter on that shot too...but you and i both know that movie goers tend to laugh at almost EVERYTHING even if it's not meant to be funny so it'll be no surprise to me if a few people up laughing at that shot.

but i see nothing comical about it...he looks like he fell off the building the way anyone else would in his situation.

You know what I realized watching the clip. Alot of the footage and scenes we saw in trailers were from totally different angles than they are going to be in the film. Interesting, gives you a fresh take when you watch it on film.

you're joking right?

so your saying a person who is falling from a great hight shouldnt scream..because people will laugh at him.

yeah right.

first it's the way he fell, now it's the way he screamed...

...g'lord. the madness will NEVER end.

AWESOME! Now I understand why he stopped mid air like that.

Wow...only a few more days.

edit:

WOW...the catch scene and the mid air stop. This movie really looks good. Even from that tiny clip my heart was pounding with excitement. All you people hating on Singer are going to have a back track big time...it's inevitable.

so true. I remember seeing X1 4 times in theaters and each time someoone busted a gut laughing when Wolverine went flying through the window when he got in the car crash with Rogue
