It's been out for a while now. It is basically the same as the 12 part OAV from way back when reimagined as a new 26 episode series. Do a google search and it should yield some more information for you guys.

This came out over a year ago in japan, there was noway i was waiting for an english release of this, you can download them via torrent with english subs.

Let me tell you this series kicks ass, it starts off as the same as the 80's series but then it just goes nuts!!!
