After seeing episode 20 - "Five Years Gone" I saw this world of oppurtunity that occurs during the present and alternate (or is it inevidible?) future of the Heroes universe.

So here I go:

I'm going to be telling the story of new supers growing up in a world where they are already feared and hated. A man named Sylar (although truly Patrelli) leveled New York, and has people hating everthing about those who are different, and now the President of the United States is seeking out these supernatural people and treating them as some sort of criminals.

Tristian Mur is a well rounded young man who doesn't think twice about the new beings that have started populating the planet, until he realizes how close to home the new-age genocide becomes when discovering his own ability... Feeling alone Tristian must now reach out to anyone like him for help as he just wonders what exactly President Patrelli has instore for him and his kind...

I hope to release the first episode before Heroes ends it's first season. I'm very excited for this web-series as I hope you all are.

Likewise people may feel skeptical, which is fine because I don't have anything to show for my efforts besides a script as of right now... but I hope to bring my vision to life so that I may share with you my own bit of Heroes fiction!

Feel free to ask questions or leave advice or even requests! I love to hear all of it!

I'll keep you posted!

PS - Tentative Title:

Heroes: Rising Age

Okay so Update! I almost have the script for the pilot episode done. So hopefully filming for the first episode will start soon...

I have been thinking about it and Heroes does a great job of showing their characters powers, both through implicit film making and special effects. I.E. Matt grabbing a bit of information out of sombody's head (implicit we don't really see it being taken... maybe some sound but no real speciale effects and it works great!) and then there is Ted who charges up his nuclear explosions in the palm of his hands (obviously special effects.)

This is the type of balance I would like to bring to Heroes: The Rising Age! So I've been doing some Special Effects tests and I have a few of them for you.

First off:
There is a character who's power allows their skin to simulate an object's texture and density when they come into physical contact with it.
See Video:
Chameleon Test

Another test:
This character can control their surrounding temperature depending on their mood. During the series they get more control over the power, but right now its just rampant.

Temperature Test

Note: These videos are of me. While I will be acting in the series, do not think that these powers relate to my character. They are only tests! Likewise quality is not 100% due to it only being tests! So final product will have higher production quality!

C&C is welcome and hoped for! Thanks!
