Found this image on Tom Brevoort's blog listed as being from "Howard the Duck #1":

Has anyone heard anything else about a new book for him?​
 
If it's true, it will be a mini.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case at all, considering what they're doing with Loners and Omega Flight.

well, technically speaking, when has howard ever looked good? in all seriousness, i think i know what you mean. i think his new "look" might be a result of disney's lawsuit/threats.

or it just might be an artist's interpretation.

why would doing a story with a character who's been around for 30 years constitute jumping the shark?

Wouldn't Civil War or Cap #25 be stronger contenders to be described like that?

I thought Phil Winslade did a great job, even if he was only a duck for the first and last issue
