Well my theory is gone.... I tried using the president as a street name, the currency as the number, and then the city...existed in Chicago and Boston, but there is no 1000 Cleveland in Dallas Texas.

Well, the pictures and the 4 day paper went up last night, and changed to 3 days at about 1:00 eastern today . So the dates are close, but a day is 24 hours, and we are on THIER time, so who knows exactly....

Been tracking around for different leads since last night, and as many as there are out right now. I'm banking on the idea that there are similarities in more ways than maybe the common threads are mentioning:

Federal Reserve Banks: Each city in the United States is also a location of the Federal Reserve Bank system, minus London, Sao Paulo, and Berlin.

Now, each of the foreign nations, however, I figured would have a correlation with the portrait, but there may be other ideas. Right now, I'm looking for some connection in the international monetary system to tie in the three international locations.

But all of the cities are definitely Federal Reserve Bank locations.

That is an excellent point. I would hazard to guess that the international cities are the main delivery points for currency abroad. I have no proof, but it might be a good angle to look at.
