If we go logically then Venom could not possibly be in the eye. Which also means logically Eddie Brock is taking the pictures. So with logic we can confirm Eddie Brock is in the movie. Or we could go with the route of Sony not caring about logic and saying "Hey Peter Parker is a photographer lets have a camera taking pictures of Spiderman."
