Figured I'd start this thread so it's not lost in the official site thread.
The game is found here: http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/ghostrider/
Click "Enter the Site", then "Game" and then "Play". It will pop up in a new smaller window.

Tips:
1. Turn off your pop up blockers or at least allow the sony site to load them. Without them off the game will never load and you'll never be able to play.
2. When the game loads, close the rest of the flash heavy site. The game page will stay open and will allow it to be played much smoother.
3. Hold down the space bar at all times as it really helps you kill those baddies.
HighScores:
When you get a score you're happy with, take a screenshot (many free programs online) of the score and post it here. I'll update this list as new entries come in but, for now, I'll start with mine as it's the only one I know.
