New "Ultimate Spider-Man" Animated Series Coming to Disney XD For Fall 2011?

I still don't see the teamup/watch thing being that bad. This is a massive marvel verse so like comics spidey will run into other folks. And the watch is nothing more then maybe a special coomunicator all the" big " heroes have. Also having dini and ben ten guys invovled I am sure story wise will be good.
