I disagree. The SR suit was close to the classic version, yet that first released image got a lot of rolled eyes.. not from fanboys alone, but from the general audience as well.

Because the SR suit sucked. Everything about that image was lackluster. It had nothing to do with the classic design.

I have to admit, though i'm not usually one to go for an actor who looks nothing like the traditional image of the character, Lennix would be exciting as Perry White.

Combine his authority in the Matrix films and his father type figure in Dollhouse, and I could see it.
