What films would you like to see that i have not listed on the poll

heres a lil more on the said films

Aquaman - the story of arthur (as told in the Comics) only he does not want any part of his past, nothing to do with it, untill an unknown terror threatens his kingdom Aurthur must stand up and accecpt the desinty that he has been pushing away.

Dr. Fate - I was thinking to follow the story arc from the 4 issue series that happend in i think about 2003-ish. where stop me if im wrong, where a new Dr.Fate has been chosen to take up the helmet. but he thinks its a joke. Then sees for him self, first hand Via the helmet.

The Spector - based on his first appearance where a cop gets murdered and now he's gods vengance this one would have more of a gritty vibe to it.

Green Lantern - this one would take bits from emerald dawn and the new frontier and this would be told in 3 trilogys making 9 GL films. think star wars only In order..3 for hal, 3 for kyle 3 for john...all could be shot at the same time or at least the first three for each. this could be the first comicbook epic!

The Question - again this would follow that comic arc that wrapped not to long ago, may be in 2004...

i would love to see a Question movie. they could keep it true to the comic, or they could go the JLU "fox mulder" path and I think people would still stick with it.

yeah, i think if scritps were to be written, i would like to see them in this order:

1 - the question
2 - gl
3 - auqaman
4 - the spector
5 - dr. fate

Ideally JLA would lead the way for a whole bunch of spinoffs.

Wonder Woman
The Flash
Green Lantern

true. depending on how good the JLA film will be...and if its FF4-2, ill beat everyone that works for WB that was in volved witht he making of that film up. or heres one better, ill bake a cake, have a huge, huge bender and not invite those involved.

I could actually see Aquaman coming next, although I'd prefer to see the Flash.

While 9 is shooting a bit high, I think we could get a good 4-6 movies out of the Green Lantern franchise. I see no reason to stick to this "trilogy" crap, just tell stories as they come.

Bring in Hal in typical Emerald Dawn fashion for the first film. The second film could have him recruiting John, and star the two of them. The third could have Hal taking a backseat in terms of screentime, with John as the main focus. However, Coast City ends up destroyed, causing Hal to go insane. The fourth is basically New Dawn, with Kyle becoming the Green Lantern. The fifth could have Kyle stopping Paralax and getting Hal to redeem himself. And the sixth could be something big and epic, like the GLC vs. the Manhunters or the Sinestro Corps or something.

After the flash slowed down...im not sure how soon well see one, im sure goyer is giggling at how fast the flash stoped dead in the water.

Aquaman yeah i see that too. with it being in the public eye again thanks to Entourage.

The question and the Spector are ones that i have been crossing my fingers for..maybe someone will hook it up..hell, i woulnt mind if it was a really really good fan fillm. :)

This is what i feel that the problem with getting the GL film off the ground..its so epic and many people want what they want in a GL film..so I thought id make some sort of compramize (sorry for spelling its late) and the only way i could see such a thing was to do what hollywood needs the most a really good space epic...thus i tried to feed the fans and stuido's with what they would want...a streamlined verson of GL with enough stuff to keep the HC fans happy. (thats why i suggest 9 films to tell the epic) this would give each GL his own set of films while telling an ultimate story at the same time...Hal goes from Hero to Villian.

GL needs to get done the right way. Epic, and none of that realism crap, I don't want to see it end up like X-men.

The Green Lantern films should basically be Star Wars in terms of tone, and even story. Think about it.

The intergalactic police force who's known for using one very powerful weapon. The member who became among the most powerful, then turned evil and destroyed the group. The young new recruit who became the first of the new generation, and eventually came to restore it. The eventual redepmtion and sacrifice of the one who destroyed it earlier. That perfectly describes both franchises.

Epic space opera is definatley the tone to set for a Green Lantern film franchise. No silly Jack Black comedies, and no solo superhero tale like the Spider-Man films. The GLC should be featured quite heavily.

I agree with you on the epicness, i do...but i still feel that it should be focused on one hero at a time all the while giving the corps. some light within each picture. maybe something in the idea of a space epic a la indiy.jones?

Well obviously one character should be the focus, but the Corps definatley needs to be a huge part of the supporting cast. Tomar-Re, Kilowag, etc all need to have sizable roles. And I really do want to see at least one movie with both Hal and John in near equal roles, and eventually one with all of the main 2814 Lanterns working together.

Yeah, I would like to see a Spector movie too. Think of all the team-ups:
Phil Spector and Tina Turner,
Spector and the Fab Four,
Spector Vs the Rolling Stones...

The Question, I've been saying for ages, should get a TV show. A mix of the O'Neil series, Ditko's stuff, and origional stuff. Probably should be on FX. And I've already got it cast:

Vic Sage/The Question: Nathan Fillion

Yes!!! good job!

I really, really wanna see a Green Lantern movie.

I would love to see GL or the flash. i think both would do well. an aquaman movie at this point probably would not be the best idea. i think he could be worked in on a team up movie, but something tells me not to put a whole movie on his shoulders

I wrote a script for the GL flick some months back...with the structure i set up (see first post on this thread) when i handed it to my agent, he said that WB isnt interested in a GL flick...yet, that they want to get the biggies out first, i.e. batman, superman, wonderwoman before we ever get to see such a thing...

They're dragging their feet, no doubt about it.

The Flash, then Green Lantern. After those, Wonder Woman.

The rest are fillings.

Once WB is done with the Harry Potter series, probably around 2010, a WW, Flash or GL movie should be their next big priority and potential blockbuster. Hopefully that will happen earlier though....
- They need to find a new director for WW with Joss Whedon off the project. How long can it take WB??
- Like it or not, Shawn Levy is hired to direct the Flash, but what next?? We haven't even heard anything from the guy.
Maybe there will be some announcements or updates at Comic Con later this week.

The Flash is gonna be next, then WonderWoman & Aquaman.

I'm directing Green Lantern, with or without Warner Bros approval.
